By accessing and using TradingViewAuto ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2 Description of Service

TradingViewAuto provides automated trading signal services that connect TradingView alerts to various trading platforms including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and NinjaTrader.

3 User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4 Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

We offer a free trial period with limited features. The trial automatically expires after the specified period.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice to current subscribers.

5 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
• Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your trading accounts

6 Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• We are not financial advisors and do not provide trading advice
• Automated trading carries additional risks including technical failures
• You should only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose

7 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by TradingViewAuto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingViewAuto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss incurred as a result of trading decisions

9 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TradingViewAuto is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
